In Algier geboren und zwischen Paris und Düsseldorf aufgewachsen, hält Nadjib Hamadou zwei Master-Abschlüsse in Engineering und Business. Nach dem Aufbau mehrerer Technologie-Unternehmen wechselte er in Healthcare und industrielle Produktion — mit fundierter Expertise in Großanlagen-Management, Turnarounds und Operational Excellence. Als Vertreter der Middle-East-Partner von Senfina und mit umfangreicher Erfahrung in Sharia-konformer Finanzierung führt er nun den Aufsichtsrat der Gruppe auf dem Weg an die Kapitalmärkte.
Als Group CEO führt Shakir Mughal die Transformation von Senfina vom klassischen CDMO zu einer integrierten Plattform für die Medizin der nächsten Generation. Er treibt den Wechsel zu kontinuierlicher, bedarfsgerechter Produktion und die Verzahnung von Produktion, Diagnostik und KI-gestützten Regulatory Affairs — mit Leuchtturmprojekten in Kanada und dem Nahen Osten.
Tief in der internationalen Life-Science-Outsourcing-Branche verwurzelt, war Jayaram Sathyanarayana Head of Cranes Software Middle East und Director bei Emmatics in Indien, bevor er 2018 zu Senfina kam. MBA, US-Ausbildung sowie ein Engineering- und Finanzhintergrund und seine Erfahrung in der Führung großer internationaler Teams machen ihn zu einem Schlüssel-Architekten von API Stream.
Dr. Catharijne (Carin) Heringa ist Ärztin und Executive mit über 30 Jahren in pharmazeutischer F&E, klinischer Entwicklung und Global Medical Affairs. Sie führte die EU-Zulassung von Defitelio® — dem ersten EU-Medikament gegen eine lebensbedrohliche Orphan-Erkrankung nach Stammzelltransplantation — und trug bei Novartis, Astellas, Jazz und Mundipharma zu globalen Marken wie Lucentis® und Ilaris® bei. Dreisprachig (NL/EN/DE) bringt sie wissenschaftliche Präzision und regulatorische Tiefe in Senfina ein.
Dr. Edyta Skibińska ist Senior-Health-Sciences-Educator und Public-Health-Leaderin mit zwei Jahrzehnten in akademischer Führung und medizinischer Ausbildung. Sie hält einen MPH und einen PhD in Medizin, mit Executive-Trainings in Harvard (Lifestyle Medicine) und an der Yale SOM, und ist seit 2017 Assistant Professor für Healthcare Management an der American University in the Emirates, Dubai. Als COP28-Speakerin fokussiert sie präventive Medizin und den verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von KI.
Als ehemalige Senior-Bankerin bei mehreren deutschen Finanzinstituten hält Bettina Klein einen Abschluss in Banking and Finance. Sie bringt umfangreiche Erfahrung aus Startup-Finanzierung, Immobilien-Projektentwicklung und Trade Finance in die Investor Relations von Senfina ein.
