Executive team
Born in Algiers and raised between Paris and Düsseldorf, Nadjib Hamadou holds two Master's degrees in Engineering and Business. After building and scaling several technology ventures, he moved into healthcare and industrial production — with deep expertise in large-scale factory management, turnarounds and operational excellence. Representing Senfina's Middle Eastern partners and drawing on extensive experience in Sharia-compliant finance, he now chairs the Group's Supervisory Board on its path toward the public capital markets.
As Group CEO, Shakir Mughal leads Senfina's transformation from a classical CDMO into an integrated platform for next-generation medicine. He drives the shift to continuous, on-demand manufacturing and the convergence of production, diagnostics and AI-augmented regulatory affairs — with flagship projects underway in Canada and the Middle East.
Rooted in the international life-science outsourcing industry, Jayaram Sathyanarayana was Head of Cranes Software Middle East and a Director at Emmatics in India before joining Senfina in 2018. An MBA with a US education and an engineering and finance background, his experience leading large international teams makes him a key architect of API Stream.
Dr. Catharijne (Carin) Heringa is a physician executive with more than 30 years in pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development and global medical affairs. She led the EU approval of Defitelio® — the first EU drug for a life-threatening orphan disease after stem-cell transplantation — and contributed to global brands including Lucentis® and Ilaris® at Novartis, Astellas, Jazz and Mundipharma. Fluent in Dutch, English and German, she brings scientific rigour and regulatory depth to Senfina.
Dr. Edyta Skibińska is a senior health-sciences educator and public-health leader with two decades in academic leadership and medical education. She holds an MPH and a PhD in Medicine, with executive training at Harvard (Lifestyle Medicine) and Yale SOM, and has served since 2017 as Assistant Professor for healthcare management at the American University in the Emirates, Dubai. A COP28 speaker, she focuses on preventive medicine and the responsible use of AI in care.
A former senior banker at several German financial institutions, Bettina Klein holds a degree in Banking and Finance. She brings extensive experience across startup financing, real-estate project development and trade finance to Senfina's investor relations.
